Anger is a natural emotion in humans and animals alike but letting it get the better of us and control our emotions and our relationships with others can leave a long trail of destruction, hurt and resentment. This course will identify anger and show us how to recognize how anger affects our bodies, our minds, and our behavior. We will use the six-step method to break old patterns and replace them with a model for assertive anger. Also, you will be better able to control your own emotions when faced with other peoples’ anger.
