… I’m glad that I’ve chosen this course for developing my communication skills, it was definitely a time very well spent. I think the fact that it was a small audience help myself on absorbing the information better and having more chances for interacting.
In terms of organizing and conducting the course, everything was perfect and from the content perspective, it was very useful for me. Great information, tips and recommendations for dealing with communication challenges at the workplace or in private life. There were many interesting things that caught my attention, but what I liked the most were: the “flattery” discussion, the use of “creative yes” and the “tact” scenarios.
In conclusion, the course was great and I have no other comments or suggestions related to it.

I was the coordinator for our work units group Excel training. We recently attended sessions with James for Excel 1 on Nov 2nd, Level 2 Nov 16/17 and a number of participants will be attending Level 3 on Nov 30/Dec 1.
James was a fantastic facilitator who struck a perfect balance between strong knowledge, great tech capabilities and a warm/personal approach which made the training understandable. I was really impressed by James’s professionalism as were a number of my colleagues.
